What is the order deadline

We guarantee to deliver same day within our delivery network if the order is placed before 12:00 noon local time (any exceptions will be specified at the time of order). Deliveries will be made to business addresses by 5:00pm and to residential addresses by 7:00pm. Same day delivery of orders made after 12.00 noon can be made via our priority service (an additional fee may apply).
Orders for International Deliveries should be placed 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

Where do you deliver?

Our boxed flowers and branded packaging is currently available in Metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane only:

Our other floral products can be delivered to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart and almost everywhere else across Australia either via one of our own florist stores or an afiliate florist.
We can also deliver flowers WORLDWIDE via one of our floral network suppliers. We are members of Petals and Teleflora florist networks. Orders for International deliveries should be placed 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

Yes, we do. Orders for Saturday deliveries should be placed before 10:30 am AEST. Sunday delivery is usually not available. (Mothers Day excepted).  You can call a florist to inquire, or contact us via email.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, however some conditions do apply. You should notify us immediately of a required change. In most cases changes to orders such as revised delivery addresses or delivery date amendments are made without charge. Changes can only be made provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Have my flowers been delivered?

Confirmation of the time of delivery can be provided however a processing fee of $15 may apply.

What if the recipient is not home upon delivery?

If the recipient is not home when your delivery is made, the following will occur depending upon circumstance.

The flowers will usually be left on the doorstep unless we are requested not to do so.

If the locations is considered unsafe by our courier, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking them to call to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery (A $15 is incurred for redelivery).The timing for re-delivery will also be affected with some orders not able to be redelivered until the following day.

Note: In most circumstances we will leave the flowers at the door unless we have been instructed not to do so. We guarantee delivery of your flowers to the door. Please provide specific instructions regarding delivery alternatives if this condition is not likely to be suitable. Unfortunately we can take no further responsibility for your flowers or gift once they have been delivered to the door.

Can I change my mind?

Yes you can. Provided your order has not been made-up, cancellation of the order can be made. The purchase price will be refunded to the original credit card used in the transaction (less a $15 processing fee).

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or re-delivery fee may be incurred. Any additional fee will be advised. The timing for re-delivery to the correct address will also be affected with some orders not able to be redelivered until the following day.

What if I need a specific delivery time?

We offers an all inclusive price including same day delivery and deliver to business address by 5:00pm and to residential addresses by 7:00pm(AEST). Specific timed deliveries may be possible. A premium point to point courier will be required and an additional delivery fee will be incurred. We will provide a quotation for timed delivery by telephone at the time of you placing your order or soon after.

Are there any additional charges?

Additional charges as detailed above are incurred in some circumstances.
$15 charge is made for cancellation of an order prior to dispatch $15 charge is made for or re-delivery.
We will provide a quotation for a specific time delivery.
Other charges can apply under certain circumstances. These would be confirmed with you by telephone and email.

Are my details secure when ordering online?

Our site is secured using a Digital Certificate. Information you send to us via the Internet will be encrypted. In the event of any other user intercepting the communication, they will only be able to view an encrypted form and in a practical sense impossible for your order details to be viewed by an unauthorised party, (provided your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions).

How can I buy a gift voucher?

Call us, we can forward the gift certificate to you or directly to the recipient with a greeting card.
