Policies at Flowers of Rowville

Substitution Policy

Every flower arrangement is different. Images found on this site are used as guides only and are not likely to be exactly the same as the final product.

We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and containers across Australia. Every effort is made to create an arrangement using the flower varieties shown or specified having regard to the shape, size and colour. In the case where a specific flower type or colour is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, substitutions may be made within the arrangement to achieve the same overall shape, style and colour effect and to ensure that the order is delivered on time.

Substitution of Teddy Bears, Chocolates and Balloons is also likely depending upon availability. Where a substitution is necessary, products to equivalent value will be delivered in place of the ordered items.

Returns & Refunds


Your flowers should last between 4 and 7 days depending upon variety and conditions. This will largely depend on factors such as care and variety. If your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we believe that the care instructions provided have been followed, we will replace your flowers. We must be advised of any problem within the first 3 days for any claim to be recognised. On the rare occasion this happens, simply bring your flowers into our store and we will assess it and then replace the flowers with the same value.

If the originally delivered flowers have been disposed of we cannot arrange a replacement, as we will not be able to assess the cause of the problem.


Provided your order has not been made-up, cancellation of the order is permitted. The purchase price will be refunded to the original credit card used in the transaction (less a $15 processing fee). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the floral gift will be on the way.


Terms & Conditions of Sale

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all products and services provided by Flowers of Rowville. Please make sure you choose carefully as all products are sold on a no refund basis, unless proven to have been damaged. Flowers of Rowville return policy on goods that are damaged and accepted by Flowers of Rowville is to exchange for goods of equal value or to provide a credit towards the purchase of other goods at Flowers of Rowville discretion.

The title of goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received and cheques are cleared by Flowers of Rowville. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Flowers of Rowville. Terms and conditions of payment for the Goods and/or Services are strictly CBD (Cash Before Delivery) unless otherwise agreed and specified on invoice. Payment by other than Cash or Cheque (by prior arrangement only) may attract additional administration charges. Lodging your Credit Card details with Flowers of Rowville can be used as the method for payment before delivery. Flowers of Rowville cannot deliver to third party addresses unless otherwise agreed.

Flowers of Rowville will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit as we use third party couriers. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred by unclaimed goods or refused shipments. If a customer refuses sign or accept for the flowers then we have no option but to return them to our office. Flowers of Rowville will contact the customer if any event such as this arises. Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the goods. Flowers of Rowville will use its best efforts to ensure that delivery is timely but cannot be held liable for any delayed or lost goods as we use third party couriers.

All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm and the sender must ensure someone is at the address to receive the flowers or goods between these times. Unless previously requested, flowers or goods will be left at the recipients door, assuming it is safe to do so.
